Bankers’ Bank Welcomes Eric Meilstrup to Board of Directors

Bankers’ Bank, a leading correspondent bank for community banks across Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, and Michigan, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric J. Meilstrup to its Board of Directors.

A seasoned banking executive with nearly four decades of industry experience, Eric Meilstrup brings deep operational expertise. He also brings a strong understanding of community banking dynamics.

Meilstrup currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of LCNB Corp. and LCNB National Bank. This is a $2.3+ billion locally owned bank holding company headquartered in Lebanon, Ohio. He has been with LCNB for 37 years. This includes more than two decades as a member of its executive leadership team. Throughout his tenure, Meilstrup has held oversight responsibilities across key functional areas, including Deposit Operations, Branch Operations, Human Resources, Training, and Customer Service.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Meilstrup is actively engaged in his community and the broader banking industry. He serves on the Ohio Banking League Board of Directors and has held leadership roles with several organizations. This includes past Chair of the Countryside YMCA Board. His additional board service includes the Warren County Foundation, West Side Church of Christ, and Public Media Connect. He is also a member of the Warren County Career Center District Business Advisory Committee. Furthermore, he is a charter member of the Lebanon Optimist Club.
